From the day a writer decides to embark on a professional writing career, am sure the first question that comes into their clueless mind is how do I go about it. what are the steps that I need to follow to succeed and thrive in an online writing journey? The pioneers in this field have thrived so much only because they follow and adhere to the rules and regulations that are put up to govern and direct this amazing field. They all know that these steps are something you can't take for granted and they understand that the most important part of it all is to follow the correct process and steps to be successful in any piece of writing you decide to pen down.

From great to perfect grammar, proper research, and brainstorming tips, here are 5 steps that were put in place to guide and govern online writers.

1. Pre-writing (what's on your mind)

You can also seek professional help from editors online or fellow writers to help you come up with a perfect final draft that is fully complete and ready for submission. My  recommendation is  to make use of writing tools like Grammarly and Quillbot to speed up your editing process

5. Publishing( Publicizing)

The good news is that so many platforms and sites have helped in speeding up this process. it's as easy as a click of a button and then boom! your work is published and ready for the public to see. You can opt to open a paid  website with your own domain to distribute your work or use a free application like google workspace blogger to publish your work 

I believe that this is the most exciting part of the process for any writer, by now you have toiled and soiled but now it's finally time to showcase your work to the world and trust me if you followed all the guidelines and steps accordingly, your article is guaranteed to be seen all over the world just because you made it stand out from the rest. Lastly, you can also send samples of your work to your online writing mentors or coaches with wider audiences, this will help you to improve the quality of your writing skills or simply give your work a chance to be recognized worldwide.
